PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — A new twist has emerged in the Ulta Beauty credit card fraud case — a woman known as the “Glam Bandit” was not acting solo.
The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office (SLCSO) said security footage now confirms she had an accomplice, a man wearing a black ball cap, dark sunglasses, and a fanny pack — sporting the confidence of a dad on vacation.
Investigators said it stemmed from a bold theft on May 26, when the Glam Bandit strutted out of Ulta Beauty in St. Lucie West with over $1,600 in stolen merchandise bought using a fraudulent credit card. Wearing oversized sunglasses and a tan hat, she strutted out with two large shopping bags.
Now, with her partner in crime revealed, SLCSO is looking for the duo. The woman was last seen in black leggings, flip-flops, and a black purse, while her male accomplice has been spotted with her regularly…
