Man sentenced to jail in Seward County hostage situation

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man convicted of holding a woman hostage in Seward County last fall was sentenced to six months in jail on Monday.

Trenton Engel, 34, pled no contest to a misdemeanor charge of obstructing a peace officer in April.
