ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Winnebago County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Josiah Williams, 20, on weapons charges on Tuesday.
Around 2:22 a.m., officers were patrolling on South Springfield Avenue when they saw a red Honda Civic speeding 20 miles per hour over the limit, according to court records.
Authorities pulled the vehicle over near Preston Street and smelled raw cannabis coming from the car, court records show.
