The “Wildest, Richest Rodeo in the West” returns to Reno for its 106th year starting Thursday and running through the following weekend. While the Reno Rodeo Arena showcases top-tier PRCA action, the excitement doesn’t stop there with offerings, attractions and activities for all ages. Here’s everything at the Reno Rodeo that isn’t rodeo:
Reno Rodeo Kick-Off Concert | June 18: Multi-platinum country star Scotty McCreery will bring his signature baritone and chart-topping hits to the Reno Rodeo Outdoor Arena for the annual K-Bull 98.1 FM Reno Rodeo Kickoff Concert on Wednesday. Tickets are $65 and include open seating in the grandstands or standing in the arena. Tickets are $75 on the day of the show. Tickets can be purchased in person at the rodeo ticket office from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Per-ticket service and handling fees apply.
Carnival Fun for the Whole Family | June 19–28: The Reno Rodeo Carnival is packed with thrills, games, and classic carnival fare. Open weekdays from 4 p.m. to close and weekends from noon to close, the carnival features exhilarating rides, including special deals like advance wristbands for $33 and day-of pricing at $40. Individual ride tickets are also available. Discounted wristbands are on sale now at the Reno Rodeo office, Nevada State Bank and Scolari’s locations.
