CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A 15-year-old has been arrested multiple times for dozens of vehicle break-ins across North and South Carolina, CMPD says.
Between April and June, the 15-year-old was arrested multiple times across multiple jurisdictions in the Carolinas. Despite the arrests and custody orders issued, the juvenile has been released twice by judges.
