NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A woman and her toddler son crashed along Interstate 65 while fleeing from a man trying to crash into them at a high rate of speed Monday night.
According to court documents, the woman and Thaddeus Carmichael, 27, were in a verbal argument Monday night that eventually turned physical. Carmichael allegedly punched and kicked the victim in the face and body, tore her shirt and strangled her.
She managed to run away from the apartment complex on Robert Cartwright Drive and got into a vehicle with her 2-year-old child, while Carmichael reportedly got into his own vehicle to follow her.
