Ohio woman pleads guilty after being accused of stealing $89,000 worth of lottery tickets

TOLEDO, Ohio (WKRC) – An Ohio woman pleaded guilty after she was accused of being involved in a lottery ticket theft scheme.

According to WTVG, 37-year-old Traci Weills of Toledo, Ohio pleaded guilty to telecommunication fraud, two counts of theft and attempting to engage in a pattern of corrupt activity after she was accused of stealing more than $89,000 worth of lottery tickets.

She also faced charges for altering business records, forging pull tab receipts and stealing merchandise, WTVG reported, adding that prosecutors said they plan to drop all other charges against Weills…
