LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested Wednesday, months after a drug bust at his central Lincoln apartment, court documents say.
Tony Rucks, 31, was lodged in the Lancaster County Jail on suspicion of several felony drug charges and operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest.
