New fire station opens at Kirtland Air Force Base

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Two years of work and $10 million later, there’s a brand new fire station at Kirtland Air Force Base. Staff said the fully equipped facility will improve response times for firefighters to reach remote areas.
