PHILLIPSBURG, NJ – Phillipsburg police say an Allentown man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing on Sunday.
Police say on Sunday at around 10 p.m., they were dispatched to the area of Schultz Ave and Green Alley for a report of a physical dispute.
