The Clay man accused of raping a 5-year-old girl earlier this month in North Syracuse now faces additional charges for an incident that happened in January, the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday.
The Sheriff’s Office and Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick said they found a third victim whom Ryan Pontello, 33, allegedly sexually assaulted.
