JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A month ago today, 19-year-old Jeffrey Bolton was found shot to death on Hillside Drive, which is across the street from Green Elementary School on Forest Avenue.
Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade said the fact that it happened so close to a school is “so, so disturbing and concerning.”
“It’s concerning, it’s problematic because this happened across the street from an elementary school,” Wade said. “School was in session. Babies were here.”…
