Rockford could soon be recognized as a World War II Heritage City

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Local organizations work together to honor Rockford’s history.

The application to recognize Rockford as a World War II Heritage City was prepared by Midway Village Museum and Veterans Memorial Hall and Museum of Winnebago County.
