New Italian eatery debuts on popular Mountain Avenue corner in Old Town Fort Collins

A new Italian eatery has opened its doors in Old Town Fort Collins.

Maida Trattoria made its downtown debut May 30, injecting new life into 100 N. College Ave. — a central Old Town restaurant space formerly occupied by ND streetBAR and, most recently, Avery Eatery.

The family-owned Italian eatery focuses on scratch-made pasta dishes, serving up half, full or family-size portions. It also dishes up flatbread pizzas, Italian small plates, salads, sides and sandwiches, as well as a large cocktail menu and ever-growing wine list.
