The water has receded, and North East property owners have started assessing the damage left behind from Wednesday’s flash flooding that took the community by surprise.
Mobilia Fruit Farm is one of those properties dealing with damage, as flash floods submerged lines of its grape vines underwater.

Those grape posts sit at just under six feet tall and were left to withstand at least 4 feet of water at certain points during the height of the flooding.
