EagleStores, whose parent company is fuel distributor R&R Takhar Oil Co., is entering Indiana with the acquisition of a site in Princeton. The company, which has more than 80 gas stations and c-stores in Ohio, said it plans to keep growing across the Midwest and beyond through acquisitions, new builds and dealer partnerships.
“Indiana has been on our radar for some time, and we’re thrilled to officially plant our flag there,” a company spokesperson said Tuesday in a statement to CSP. “This is just the beginning of what we envision as long-term, sustained growth across new markets.”
EagleStores said it acquired the Indiana location from Ports Petroleum, also known as Fuel Mart. The company plans to raze and rebuild the site at 1100 W. Broadway St., Princeton, Indiana, by the end of the year, and it will be branded under “a major fuel name” once construction is complete, EagleStores said…
