The joyful harmonies of barbershop-style music will ring through the halls of the Westminster Presbyterian Church at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 26, as Metro Mix Chorus presents “Freedom in Song” in conjunction with the Cedar Rapids Freedom Fest. Several other local performers will offer wonderful entertainment to the Cedar Rapids area. The performance promises an evening of uplifting music, featuring an eclectic repertoire that spans genres and generations from classic barbershop standards to contemporary pop and heartfelt ballads.
