Man wanted in Cleveland murder arrested on bike

CLEVELAND (WJW) — A Cleveland man wanted for murder was arrested Friday while riding a bicycle, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Jacob Hughes, 61, was taken into custody by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) near East 109th Street, according to a press release.
