Police identifty the alleged shooter in South Sacramento shooting

(FOX40.COM) — The suspect who allegedly shot and killed a person on Wednesday night in South Sacramento was identified as Carlos Magana, 40, of Mexico, according to the Sacramento Police Department.• Video above: How to report a public safety threat

SPD stated that the patrol officers on Wednesday responded to the 3800 block of Florin Road for reports of a shooting. When one of the officers arrived at the scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound.
