CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Repairs to the Mary Rhodes Pipeline are nearing completion, bringing Corpus Christi one step closer to restoring the full 70 million gallons per day to the O.N. Stevens Treatment Plant in Calallen.
Currently, the pipeline is operating at a reduced capacity of 55 million gallons per day due to a broken pump.
“The repaired pump and motor has all been delivered today, to the Lavaca-Navidad River Authority’s Lake Texana pumping station,” said Corpus Christi Water Chief Operating Officer Drew Molly. “That equipment is going to be getting installed as we speak.”…
