High Plains History: Amarillo Fire Department and museum at Central Fire Station

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – On this week’s edition of High Plains History, we are joined by Jason Love, community educator at the Amarillo Fire Department, to talk about the history of AFD from its establishment in 1897 as the Amarillo Hook and Ladder Company to where the department is now.
