Springfield man accused of stabbing person over skateboard dispute

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A man from Springfield faces a felony after allegedly stabbing a driver during a dispute over a skateboard earlier this month.

According to court dockets, Audric May, born 2003, has been charged with first-degree assault.

The probable cause statement says Springfield Police Department (SPD) officers responded to E. Woodhurst Street for a reported assaulted on Wednesday, June 11.
