OAK GROVE, Ky. (WSMV) – A tip led to an arrest after a neighbor reported seeing a theft in their neighborhood, according to theOak Grove Police Department.
OGPD said they were contacted around 3 p.m. on Saturday by a neighbor saying they had witnessed a theft. The witness gave them a detailed description of the suspect, identified as James McNair, and his vehicle.
When police arrived, McNair had already fled the scene, but OGPD did search the area…
