LINN COUNTY, Iowa — As temperatures rise this weekend, Linn County Emergency Management is urging residents to take precautions to stay safe and cool.
Officials recommend staying indoors if you have air conditioning. For those without AC, they suggest seeking refuge in places like libraries, malls, or grocery stores. Additionally, several cooling centers have been established throughout the county.
