CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Thanks to a charitable donation Cedar Rapids Police Department Canine Officer Ranger now has a bullet and stab protective vest.
The non-profit Vested Interest in K9s was established in 2009 and has provided more than 6,000 vest valued at near $7million to dogs in all 50 states.
