NEW BERLIN, Wis. — A Fitchburg teen has won the title of Miss Wisconsin’s Teen 2025 and is set to move on to the Miss America’s Teen competition.
Natalie Popp, 17, emerged victorious among a field of 24 contestants. Competing as Miss Capital City’s Teen, Popp received $4,000 in scholarships along with other gifts and awards, including the opportunity to compete in Miss America’s Teen 2026.
