OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Travel in Midtown Omaha will see new changes next week as the streetcar project continues.
As previously reported, 29th Street and the ramp to southbound I-480 will be closed for approximately eight weeks beginning early next week (either Monday or Tuesday, depending on when the College World Series ends).
However, this is not the only new impact; eastbound travel on Farnam will be shut down between 36th and 33rd. 36th will also close in both directions south of Farnam.
The closure already in place on 37th Street north of Farnam is also scheduled to last at least one more week…
