Suspect wanted in Cleveland murder, arson arrested on bicycle

CLEVELAND, Ohio – A 61-year-old man accused of stabbing a person to death and then setting a home on fire has been arrested, authorities said Friday.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jacob Hughes while he was riding a bicycle on East 109th Street in Cleveland. He was wanted by Cleveland police on an aggravated murder charge.
