NORTHWEST, N.C. (WECT) – It’s officially been five years since crews broke ground on a project that county leaders hope will give neighbors all over Brunswick County access to clean water.
However, after a series of delays and setbacks, leaders shared two weeks ago that there’s still no completion date in sight for the project.
