AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department said it was investigating a homicide after a man was found with “obvious trauma” outside of a gas station in southeast Austin overnight.
According to police, a person passing by called 911 to report the victim at approximately 12:35 a.m. near the 2100 block of Wickersham Lane.
APD said officers responded as well as Austin-Travis County EMS. Medics performed life-saving measures, and the victim was taken to the hospital. APD said the victim was pronounced dead around 1 a.m…
