LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The extreme heat that began on Friday will continue through Sunday as high temperatures in Lincoln may reach or eclipse 100 degrees three days in a row!
Let’s start with those heat alerts. Extreme heat warnings in central and eastern Nebraska will run until Sunday evening where feel like temperatures could hit 111 degrees. Heat advisories farther to the south and west continue until Saturday evening where feel like temperatures could range between 100 and 107 degrees.
