MONROE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — The Monroe Police Department is responding to a report of an armed person at an apartment complex Saturday night.
A department spokesperson said the report came from the Nottingham Apartments. The building has been evacuated and SWAT is on scene.
No injuries have been reported…
