MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting a man he said “startled” him, Memphis Police confirm.
Gabriel Pickett, 31, has been charged with second-degree murder and reckless endangerment for a series of incidents that occurred on Sunday night.
On Saturday at 11:45 p.m., officers responded to a shots-fired call in the area of Knight Arnold and Perkins.
