ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Friends and family return to the scene of a fatal accident to honor the Rockford mother who died at the dangerous intersection earlier this month.
A balloon release was hosted at the intersection of Spring Creek and Shaw Roads Sunday afternoon, following a visitation and funeral for 24-year-old Whitney Camp.
