On June 18, 2024, she finalized the sale of the large family home in Haw Creek where she and her ex had raised their brood. With the proceeds and other money she’d squirreled away, Pierce decided to buy a smaller place — a condo at 117 Willow Lake Drive in the River Knoll community in east Asheville.
