PORTAGE, Mich. (WOOD) — Authorities say shots were fired toward the IHOP in Portage overnight, damaging the building, after a group of people left without paying their bill. No injuries were reported.
It happened around 12:15 a.m. Monday at the IHOP on S. Westnedge Avenue near I-94, according to Portage Deputy Public Safety Director Jeff VanderWiere.
