Bicyclist killed in weekend central Pa. crash

A 61-year-old bicyclist was struck and killed after running a Lancaster County stop sign over the weekend, police said.

Joseph Riga, of Narberth, Montgomery County, was riding east on Bartville Road in Bart Township when the crash happened around 11:18 a.m. on Saturday, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
