“Unlike a lot of other fast food places, where a lot of people serve pre-breaded, pre-frozen stuff that they drop in the fryers, we serve premium chicken tenders,” he said.
“We do hand-breaded, cooked-to-order tenders. We make all our sauces fresh every morning, so it’s really a quality fast-food product. People are usually shocked when they come through that this is fast food.”
