MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A man facing criminal charges related to a shooting learned Monday that a grand jury decided nearly two years ago not to indict him.
That revelation came only after FOX10 News started asking questions about why a grand jury still had not acted on a shooting that occurred in May 2023.
