Round Rock man allegedly made threats on Roblox to attack Christian music festival: FBI

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The FBI arrested a Round Rock man for allegedly making threats in the video game Roblox to attack a “Christian concert or event,” according to a federal complaint affidavit.

James Wesley Burger is charged with threats communicated in interstate commerce, a federal offense. He is represented by a federal public defender, who declined KXAN’s request for a comment about the case.

According to the affidavit, a Roblox user in Nevada informed the FBI on January 23 that another user, named “Crazz3pain,” allegedly made threats to “kill Shia Muslims at their mosque” and a “desire to commit ‘martyrdom’ at a Christian event [and] that he wanted to bring humiliation to worshippers of the cross.”…
