SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — An investigation is underway after a 4-month-old girl died at University Hospital Saturday morning.
KSAT-12 reports Mia Martinez died after doctors say she had suffered a subdural hematoma to the head. While Martinez died Saturday, the injury actually happened on June 4, one week after she was released from the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
