A 40-year-old man from Diamond, Missouri, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on three counts of illegal firearm possession following prior felony convictions.
Jason A. Duncan was formally charged in Springfield, Missouri, with three separate counts of being a felon in possession of firearms. The indictment, handed down this week, supersedes a previously filed federal complaint dated June 3, 2025.
According to the indictment, Duncan is accused of unlawfully possessing multiple firearms on three different occasions:
- A Palmetto State Armory rifle and a Taurus pistol on August 19, 2024
- A Hi-Point pistol on October 3, 2024
- A Glock pistol on January 23, 2025
