TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Dan Rhodes to people development division support specialist, and Jesse Gouchie to operations manager of the company’s East Tucson, Ariz., service office.
Rhodes joined Truly Nolen in March 2014 as a swing technician, primarily focusing on termite and rodent work. He subsequently helped multiple positions over the past 11 years, including becoming a resource specialist in 2020 where he was able to impact all of the services the company provides. Prior to joining the company, Rhodes worked in the automotive industry for eight years.
Some of Rhodes’ new responsibilities will include helping the people development division on the administrative side, continuing to develop team members in the field, continuing to teach many of the company’s Basic and Advanced training classes, and adding Pathway to Leadership programming to his array of teaching…
