WATERVLIET, N.Y. (WNYT)- Jesse Kacensky, 44, was arrested after Watervliet Police say he stripped a home of electrical, plumbing and heating parts.
Police say they were called to a home for reports of an open door on June 18 around 4:30 p.m. When they arrived, the homeowner reported the rear entrance door was open.
