ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — As the sun beats down on the last week of June, one River Arts District business is beating the heat with a cool Pride celebration all Saturday long.
The River Arts District Brewing Company will host their RAD Pride Celebration from noon to 11 p.m., Saturday, June 28 at their 13 Mystery St. address just outside downtown Asheville.
The free, all-ages party will feature a variety of activities to enjoy.
“We’re doing an art market during the day, so we have a bunch of LGBTQIA+ owners and artists,” said Savannah Healy, sales representative for RAD Brewing. “We are going to have an affirmation wall for people to come up and write positive things about themselves and other people.
