GREENBRIER, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man wanted for allegedly choking his girlfriend and pulling a knife on his mother is back behind bars.
Jeffrey Dowlen, 41, is now back in the Robertson County Jail.

According to Greenbrier Police, Dowlen was identified because the woman he was riding with reportedly cut off a Greenbrier police officer, which almost caused a traffic crash.
