WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — A Columbus man has been arrested and charged with making a threat of terrorism after allegedly threatening to blow up an insurance building in West Des Moines.
Police said 57-year-old Christopher Webb posted a video on Instagram Saturday, claiming his car was totaled and his insurance company was not assisting him.
