SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A man on a roof in Spokane Valley initiated a standoff with law enforcement on Tuesday that led to four deputies being assaulted.
According to Spokane Valley Police and the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office they responded to a reported burglary on Tuesday morning on the 500 block of Mckinnion Road.
