PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man died following a stabbing early Sunday morning, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Officers were called to the scene in a parking lot in the 6200 block of Southeast Foster Road around 12:30 a.m., where they found stabbing victim already dead.
Police say the suspect fled the scene before officers arrived, and that no immediate arrests have been made…
