Albany teen third person to be charged in Fort Ann double homicide

FORT ANN, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A third person was charged in connection to a double homicide in Fort Ann. The Washington County district attorney said a 17-year-old from Albany was charged with two counts of second degree murder.

The charges are in connection to the shooting deaths of Marcus Macaulay and Adam Darrah. Their bodies were found in May near Clay Hill Road in Fort Ann.

Jordan Johnson, 18, and David Larose, 20, have already been charged. Johnson was charged with two counts of second degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and tampering with evidence. Larose was charged with two counts of second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
